Ignite Coaching is so much more than the food you eat & the workouts you do. Your mind is an incredibly powerful thing & together we will implement positive habits, you’ll learn about gratitude, mindfulness & how to re wire some of the thoughts you’re having about yourself & nutrition. This journey is all about you, you’ll receive personalised videos to help & guide you, so you can become the happiest, brightest version of yourself inside & out. 

Enjoy your food.

Diets are short term, usually boring & tend not to give you very long term achievable results. I will put together a nutrition plan that is built around your favourite foods, your food shopping budget, how often you like to eat, how hungry you are throughout the day, & how much time you have to cook. I want you to learn about the science behind your body, feel safe enjoying social events, feel guilt free when you’re eating & graduate from my coaching knowing you can maintain a happy, healthy diet without restriction.

I know what it is like to feel like a prisoner in my own body, to feel detached from myself, to feel lost & confused in all areas of my life. My weight, my self confidence had consumed me for so many years. This doesn’t have to be the case for you, we will work together to build you up, you’ll be stronger, healthier, more confident, & your coaching will burst into so many other areas of your life. Your thoughts become things, & you are so much more capable than you realise. It is time to step into your best self & start living your life.

Support & Community.

You are not alone. We will have weekly check in’s where we talk through how your week has been, review your progress photos, look at your mood, sleep quality & make any changes to your nutrition plan or workouts as needed. I will also be available to speak to between check in’s, supporting you in your journey. Not only do you have me, you have the entire Ignite community there to be your sisters, your support system, & lift you up! There are friendships waiting for you.

I can not explain how many things have changed since I really started nourishing myself, believing in myself, speaking to myself kindly, respecting myself, valuing myself. I was so consumed by my weight, I forgot to look up & live. I was just existing, I was never present, I was going through each day tired, unhappy & my internal monologue was awful.

Looking at these photos side by side, I want to hold the girl on the left so tightly & tell her to just breathe! I want to tell her that her worth isn’t dependant on how much she eats, or what other people think of her.

I am so proud of the person I am becoming & some days it is more challenging than others but I have so much respect for my body now, I am doing this for me. Believe in yourself, it’s the best thing you will ever do!
